County Hangars
The county owns and maintains a total of 80 hangars that are available for rent. Hangars range between 1,092 and 1,650 square feet and have either a 12′ and 14′ door. Due to the huge demand for hangars, the airport administration maintains a wait list for those individuals who are interested in renting a hangar. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to be placed on the wait list that will be credited to the security deposit one an applicant receives a hangar. Although an applicant does not need to own an aircraft to be placed on the wait list, proof of ownership and insurance will need to be provided before a lease can be completed.

Private Hangars
Privately built hangars could be available for purchase or lease. These hangars are privately owned, but the owner maintains a lease with the county for the land parcel they occupy. Additionally, vacant land parcels may be available for lease which allow individuals to built-to-suite or host an aeronautical businesses.
Often when an individual is selling or leasing a private hangar, the airport administration is not made aware until a lease transfer is requested. For this reason, we encourage individuals looking for hangar space to also reach out to the following local realtors on the airport:
